Morning Farm Work: from a short topic to a narrated video

This example shows the decisions behind a vertical short video: shaping the script, planning stock-footage searches, selecting narration, styling captions and preparing the final MP4.

Public example · 0:42 · portrait 9:16 · narrated with burned-in captions

Download example MP4

01 · Starting point

Define one visual, focused idea

The topic “Morning Farm Work” establishes a place, time and activity. A useful short-video topic should suggest concrete scenes instead of relying on broad or abstract wording.

Format
Portrait 9:16
Final length
42 seconds
Tone
Calm, observational and warm

02 · Script plan

Write narration that can be shown

The narration progresses through waking before sunrise, preparing tools, tending animals and crops, and completing the first work of the day. Each sentence should have a practical visual counterpart.

StorySplice can draft this structure with AI, but the creator should review facts, pacing and claims before generation.

03 · Visual searches

Translate narration into specific footage

Search phrases included “farmer planting seedlings field,” “feeding cattle hay barn,” “collecting eggs chicken coop,” “farmer checking irrigation crops” and “sorting harvested vegetables crates.” Ordered footage keeps the sequence close to the narration.

04 · Sound and captions

Keep the voice clear and text readable

A warm English voice, restrained background music and bottom-positioned captions support the story without competing for attention. Caption contrast and safe margins matter most on a small phone screen.

Try the same workflow

Start with your own subject or finished script

Review the generated script, visual terms, voice, music and captions before the render begins.

About StorySplice

A focused workspace for narrated short videos

StorySplice brings scripting, stock-footage planning, voiceover, music, captions, preview and MP4 export into one guided workflow.

Independent beta productHuman-reviewed publishingSeven-day media retention

Why StorySplice exists

Creating a short narrated video often means moving between a writing tool, stock library, text-to-speech service, audio editor, caption tool and video encoder. Each handoff creates another place for the script, timing or visual plan to drift.

StorySplice was built to make those decisions visible in one workspace. A creator can begin with a topic or finished script, review suggested narration and search terms, choose the output format, set the voice and music, style captions, render the video and download the completed MP4.

What the beta does

The current beta is designed for narrated videos of approximately 15–60 seconds. It supports portrait 9:16, landscape 16:9 and square 1:1 formats. The workflow can use AI-assisted script and keyword generation, Pexels stock-footage searches, installed multilingual voices, optional background music, burned-in captions and FFmpeg rendering.

Completed videos remain private to the account that created them and are available for browser preview and download. Generated task media is scheduled for deletion after seven days, so users should download anything they want to keep.

The beta has usage limits and does not currently charge through Stripe. Features, limits and providers may change as reliability and user needs are evaluated.

How AI assistance is used

AI can draft narration and suggest visual search terms. It does not make the final publishing decision. Scripts can contain errors, footage can be contextually wrong and synthetic speech can mispronounce names. StorySplice keeps these elements editable so the creator can review them before rendering.

Public StorySplice guides and examples follow a separate editorial policy. They are written to explain practical production decisions, not to create large volumes of unreviewed search content.

What StorySplice does not promise

StorySplice does not guarantee that generated output is accurate, original, non-infringing or accepted by a social platform. It does not guarantee audience growth, advertising approval or revenue. Creators remain responsible for facts, permissions, licenses, disclosures and the context in which a video is published.

The AI video and publishing disclaimer explains these limitations in more detail, while the Terms of Service govern use of the product.

Infrastructure and support

StorySplice runs on a Hostinger VPS with HTTPS, authenticated per-user project access, job processing and automatic media cleanup. Third-party services are used for specific functions such as authentication, transactional email, AI-assisted writing, stock search and speech synthesis. The Privacy Policy lists current providers and explains how submitted information is processed.

Questions, bug reports and privacy requests can be sent through the Support Center or by email to support@storysplice.cloud.
