StorySplice example workflow

Morning Farm Work: from a short topic to a narrated video

This example shows the decisions behind a vertical short video: shaping the script, planning stock-footage searches, selecting narration, styling captions and preparing the final MP4.

Public example · 0:42 · portrait 9:16 · narrated with burned-in captions

Download example MP4

01 · Starting point

Define one visual, focused idea

The topic “Morning Farm Work” establishes a place, time and activity. A useful short-video topic should suggest concrete scenes instead of relying on broad or abstract wording.

Format
Portrait 9:16
Final length
42 seconds
Tone
Calm, observational and warm

02 · Script plan

Write narration that can be shown

The narration progresses through waking before sunrise, preparing tools, tending animals and crops, and completing the first work of the day. Each sentence should have a practical visual counterpart.

StorySplice can draft this structure with AI, but the creator should review facts, pacing and claims before generation.

03 · Visual searches

Translate narration into specific footage

Search phrases included “farmer planting seedlings field,” “feeding cattle hay barn,” “collecting eggs chicken coop,” “farmer checking irrigation crops” and “sorting harvested vegetables crates.” Ordered footage keeps the sequence close to the narration.

04 · Sound and captions

Keep the voice clear and text readable

A warm English voice, restrained background music and bottom-positioned captions support the story without competing for attention. Caption contrast and safe margins matter most on a small phone screen.

Try the same workflow

Start with your own subject or finished script

Review the generated script, visual terms, voice, music and captions before the render begins.

Rendered StorySplice example

How bees support a healthy garden

A genuine 41-second StorySplice render built from an original educational script, ordered Pexels searches, synthetic English narration, music and burned-in captions.

0:41 · English · portrait 9:16 · H.264/AAC

Download example MP4

01 · Brief

Teach one practical idea

The goal was a concise garden explainer rather than a general nature montage. The script connects pollination with fruit and seed production, then closes with specific garden choices.

Voice
Aria, warm English
Music
Built-in track at 15%
Captions
Bottom, high-contrast background

02 · Script

Write narration that can be shown

Bees do more than make honey. As they move between flowers, they carry pollen that helps many garden plants produce fruit and seeds.

The final script was reviewed before rendering. It avoids unsupported statistics and keeps each sentence tied to a visible garden action.

03 · Visual plan

Use concrete searches

Searches included “bee pollinating flower close up,” “bee on lavender garden,” “vegetable garden blossoms,” “squash flower bee” and “native wildflowers garden.” Footage was arranged in script order.

04 · Review

What passed quality control

The final file contains a 1080×1920 H.264 video stream and AAC audio at 30 fps. Representative frames were reviewed for topic relevance, caption readability and safe vertical composition before publication.

Production note

This is an example, not a performance claim

Results depend on the script, stock-library coverage, search terms and human review. StorySplice does not claim this example will generate traffic, engagement or revenue.
